It has been a blessing and an honor getting to know you all and taking care of Dick. He was definitely an inspiration, and kept me on my toes spiritually. There was no compromise with Dick, he was always more concerned about people's salvation than making them feel comfortable. I will miss him a lot, and I look forward to seeing him again in heaven. The Bennett family has been a family to me as well. Mary Kormondy

I am sure George and Uncle Dick are having a great reunion along with the other family and friends gone before. I remember George telling me that Uncle Dick lead him to the Lord those many years ago. He and George were always talking hunting when they were together. Uncle Dick was such a great man of God. My prayers and thoughts are with you.
Love you all,
Kay

My grandfather knew the bible extremely well. In my 9th grade religion class, I chose the christian faith to defend in an essay for the class final. To this day I remember how many unarguable reasons and Bible stories he rattled off to me that prove God's existence and the Christian faith. He knew the Bible like the back of his hand. Needless to say I got an A on the essay. I still remember those reasons, over 15 years later and they have helped shape my faith in the Lord.
Hope you're finally hunting again in heaven.
Love,
Your Granddaughter Christina, Steve, Carter and Cora.
