Glenn H. Snyder, 87, of the Lebanon Valley Brethren Home, Palmyra passed away Thursday, May 5, 2016 at the home.
Born April 19, 1929 in Cressona, he was a son of the late Elmer and Beulah (Ketner) Snyder and was also preceded in death by siblings Clifford Snyder and Pearl Snyder.
Retired from the former New Cumberland Army Depot, he was a Korean War U. S. Army veteran. He was a member of the Cressona Historical Society and sang with the Schuylkill Haven Senior Center’s “Bakers Dozen.”
Surviving are nephews Herman and Thomas Snyder.
A funeral service will be held 10:00 AM Monday, May 9, 2016 at the DiMatteo Worship Center of the Lebanon Valley Brethren Home preceded by a viewing from 9:00 AM. Interment in Schuylkill Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Good Samaritan Fund of the Lebanon Valley Brethren Home, 1200 Grubb Road, Palmyra, PA 17078.
