Yvonne M. (Sonon) Carmany

Yvonne M. Carmany, 86, of Campbelltown passed away Thursday, June 6, 2024.

 
Born December 31, 1937 in Mount Wilson, she was a daughter of the late Hubert E. and Dorothy T. (Gaus) Sonon and widow of Kenenth E. Carmany since July 2022, after 66 years of marriage.  She was also preceded in death by her brother Roger Sonon and sister Joan Montague.
 
 

Co-owner of Carmany’s Double Twist Soft Pretzels, Yvonne previously worked at Leon Nark CPA in Hershey and loved cooking for her family.  She enjoyed camping with the Penn Romanies Camping Club, quilting, antiques, the beach, cardinals, and her birthday girls lunches.
 
 

Surviving are her son Greg S., husband of Cheryl Carmany of Mt. Joy; daughter Beth Ann, wife of Brad White of Grantville; grandchildren Brie, Shea, Tyler, Carson, and Nathan; and great grandchildren Rylan, Deklan, Ara, Blake, Violet, and Juliette.
 
 

Private interment in Colebrook Trinity Lutheran Church Cemetery.
