William W. Schmoyer

William W. Schmoyer, 75, of North Londonderry Township, Lebanon County passed away Tuesday, September 26, 2023.

Born November 19, 1947 in Rutherford, he was a son of the late Melvin W. and Esther G. (Gerhart) Schmoyer.  He was the widower of Nancy G. (Gingrich) Schmoyer since February 2017 and the last of his immediate family being preceded in death by siblings Melvin Schmoyer, Richard Schmoyer, Robert Schmoyer, Fern Heckman and Nancy Vogelsong.

Bill retired as head of maintenance from Fulton Bank.

Surviving are his daughters Ruth-Esther, wife of Stephen Carney of Palmyra, Rebecca L., wife of Robert Hopple of Lebanon and Elizabeth M., wife of David Logan, Jr. of Annville; grandchildren David (Jaclyn) and Erin Carney, Tierra, Taelor, Lyssa, Lamia and Loraya Hopple, Meira Copenhaver, Nathaniel Cassel and Charles and Clyde Tapley; and great grandchildren Jude Hopple, Natalie Carney, Noah Carney and Elora Hopple.

A celebration of life reception will be held 12:00 Noon – 6:00 PM Saturday, October 21, 2023 at Camp Pine Woods, 1390 Old Forge Road, Annville.
