William Roy Kreiser, Jr., 90, formerly of Palmyra passed away Sunday, February 11, 2024 at The Middletown Home.
He was born February 10, 1934 in Harrisburg, and he was the son of the late William Roy, Sr. and Helen Mae (Evans) Kreiser.
Retired plant manager from Seltzers, in Palmyra, Roy was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Palmyra, and a U. S. Army Veteran. He was a life member of Citizen’s Fire Company of Palmyra, where he served as fire chief for eleven years.
Surviving are his wife of 68 years Frances A. (Seavers) Kreiser; children William Roy Kreiser, III (Marie), Pamela A. Kettering, and Patti Lynn Risser (Rick); nine grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.
Roy was preceded in death by sisters Peg and Bev, his twin brother Carl, his brother Russell, and his grandson Chris.
The viewing will be on Sunday February 18, 2024, at Trinity United Church of Christ, 40 West Pine Street, in Palmyra from 1:00-2:00 pm, followed by the Memorial Service at the church from 2:00-3:00 pm. Interment, with military honors, will be 9:30 am Monday, February 19, 2024 at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
