William J. Sitzai

William J. Sitzai, Jr., 70, of Lebanon passed away Monday, September 19, 2022 at home.

Born August 12, 1952 in Lebanon, he was a son of the late William J., Sr. and Marie C. (DeCola) Sitzai and also preceded in death by a son Marc W. Sitzai.

Bill worked in Christian Counseling and Prayer Ministry, having earned his Master of Counseling from The American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC).  An ordained minister with Global Christian Ministry Forum in Bradenton, Florida and a Certified Psychological Counselor, he had been a Christian teacher and counselor for many years.  Bill was a member of Lifeway Church, AACC, and loved Christian music and playing guitar.

Surviving are his wife of 42 years Joyce D. (Stoner) Sitzai; sons William J. Sitzai, III (Joey) of Lykens and Justin M. Sitzai (Ali) of East Petersburg; siblings Vickie A. Halsell (William) of Lebanon, Stephan D. Sitzai of Philadelphia, and Terry Samuels of Media; and grandchildren Emily, Alexander, Fallon, and Billy John.

A memorial service, officiated by Pastor Dean Lengel, will be held 7:00 PM Monday, October 3, 2022 at his church, 2230 Lebanon Valley Mall, Lebanon preceded by a visitation from 6:30 PM.  Interment, with military honors, 3:00 PM Friday, October 7, 2022 at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
