William H. Whitehaus

William H. Whitehaus, 80, of East Hanover Township, Dauphin County passed away Thursday, September 10, 2020. 

Born December 23, 1939 in Hershey, he was a son of the late Arthur E. and Elizabeth C. (Conrad) Whitehaus. 

After a long and varied career as a Tool and Die Maker he retired from Ames Industries. He was an active member of Faith United Church of Christ, Grantville. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, spending time on the Delaware shore, and especially loved time with his family. 

Surviving are his wife of 61 years Ruth M. (Laudermilch) Whitehaus; children Thomas A. Whitehaus (Lori) of Hummelstown, Wendy Whitehaus Cole (Gary) of Hershey, and Steven E. Whitehaus (Jodi) of Elizabethtown; brother Donald A. Whitehaus (Genevieve) of Hummelstown; six grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. 

A private service with interment in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Harrisburg will be at the convenience of the family.  A memorial service will be held at a future date.
