William H. Dietrich, Sr., 79, of Grantville passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021 at home.
Born March 13, 1942 in Harrisburg, he was a son of the late Moses and Mary (Baer) Dietrich and the widower of Mary (Hummer) Dietrich since April 2007.
A retired mechanic from Yingst Homes, he was a Vietnam War Army veteran and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Surviving are his son William H. Dietrich Jr. and wife Melinda Thomas-Dietrich of Bruceton Mills, West Virginia; daughter Dorothy A. Dietrich of Harrisburg; and siblings John “Butch” Dietrich, Thomas Dietrich, and Dorothy Hockenberry.
A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, September 23, 2021 in Grantville Cemetery.
