Thomas A. Thornton

Thomas A. Thornton, 71, of Harrisburg, passed away Friday, October 6, 2023.

Born October 18, 1951 in Canon City, Colorado, he was a son of the late James C. and Mary L. (Strong) Thornton.

Tom was a retired business executive and attended Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, Harrisburg.

Surviving are his children Amanda N. Pesh (Shawn) and Adam T. Thornton (Brittany); grandchildren Chloe Jo Pesh, Stella Jo Pesh and Wednesday Thornton; sisters Rosemary Scott (Randy) and Patricia Thornton Keil (Jon); brother James G. Thornton (Gina); all of his loving “friends” and Tom’s four-legged friend and companion Wilbur Thornton (retired VP of Happiness).

A gathering to celebrate and honor Tom’s life will be held in the future.  Check here for service updates.
