Steven R. Coakley Obituary

Steven Roy Coakley, 54, formerly of Hershey and Middletown, passed away Friday, October 4, 2019.

Steve was born August 4, 1965, to the late Carolyn (Neidigh) Hinkel and Daniel Coakley. He was also preceded in death by his grandparents Roy and Mabel (Spangler) Neidigh.

He graduated from Hershey High School in 1983 and attended Mansfield University on a baseball scholarship. He worked in the food and beverage industry as well as insurance sales.

Steve is survived by family and friends who will remember him as a gentle, loving soul who was unable to overcome the merciless addiction with which he wrestled his entire life. He is finally at peace.
