Ruth I. (Brinser) Fisher

Ruth I. Fisher, 83, of Kirkwood and formerly of Palmyra passed away Monday, January 27, 2020.

Born August 31, 1936 in Lebanon County, she was a daughter of the late Christian S. and Esther S. (Brinser) Brinser and siblings Rosemary, Ronald, and Bud.

Retired from H. B. Reese Candy Company, she was a former member of Gravel Hill United Methodist Church, Palmyra and attended Hamorton United Methodist Church, Kennett Square.

Surviving are her sons Scott W. Fisher, Rickey Lee Fisher, Kenneth E. Fisher, and Duane A. Fisher; daughter Tracy L. Fisher; brother John Brinser; sisters Nancy Gehres and Esther Joslin; seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and one great great grandson.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Monday, February 3, 2020 at Buse Funeral Home, 145 North Grant Street, Palmyra preceded by a viewing beginning at 10:00 AM.  Interment will be in Gravel Hill Cemetery, Palmyra.
