Roger L. Berkebile Obituary

Roger L. Berkebile, 72, of Hummelstown passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 30, 2020, with his wife and daughter by his side.

Born September 25, 1948 in Hershey, he was a son of the late Edward, Sr. and Romaine (Patrick) Berkebile.

Retired as a mechanic from H. B. Reese Company with 41 years of service, he was a 1967 graduate of Lower Dauphin High School. Roger was a U. S. Army Reserve veteran serving with the 316th Station Hospital and enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping.

Surviving are his loving and devoted wife of almost 52 years, whom he married on January 18, 1969, Carolyn A. (Youtz) Berkebile; daughter Caryn L. Borrell (Nick) of Elizabethtown; granddaughter Caitlyn Borrell; brothers Edward Berkebile, Jr. (Deb) and Dale Berkebile, Sr. (Sheila), along with several nieces and nephews; and pets Reggie and Rilee.

A service will be held at the convenience of the family.
