Roberta S. Miller

Roberta S. Miller, 82, passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at Columbia Cottage, Palmyra.

Born April 5, 1938 in Hershey, she was a daughter of the late John W. and Irene A. (Wolfe) Showalter, widow of Jay S. Miller since March 1998 and also preceded in death by her sister Jackie Hackman.

Retired from the M.S. Hershey Medical Center, she was a graduate of Hershey High School and Millersville University.  Roberta was a member of Palm Lutheran Church, Palmyra and enjoyed reading, painting, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Surviving are her son Jay Scott, husband of Lori Miller of Lancaster; daughter Sue, wife of Dave Brown of Palmyra; grandsons Gregory Ristenbatt and Michael Ristenbatt; and great grandson Malcolm Ristenbatt.

A memorial service will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at Buse Funeral Home, 145 North Grant Street, Palmyra preceded by a visitation from 12:00 Noon.  Private interment  in Mount Lebanon Cemetery.
