Robert J. Reidel

Robert J. Reidel, 76, of West Chester, Ohio passed away Thursday, April 14, 2022.

Born September 15, 1945 in Hershey, Pennsylvania, he was a son of the late James D. Reidel who died when Robert was 2 months old and Dorothy K. (Keiffer), wife of Clement B. Bicksler.

Retired with 23.5 years service from the U.S. Air Force in July 1989, he later retired from General Electric.  Robert was passionate about military aircraft, enjoyed watching sports of all sorts and playing golf with family and friends.

Surviving are his wife of 54 years Della (Andrada) Reidel; sons Ronald Reidel (Sherry) of Freeport, FL and Richard Reidel (Teresa) of LaVernia, TX; siblings Barry Bicksler (Sharyn), Bradley Bicksler (Janice) and Brynn McCurdy (Frank); grandchildren Amanda Gray, Rachel Heintzleman, Rebecca Reidel, Tara Reidel, Evan Reidel, Alex Reidel, and Kylie Reidel; and six great grandchildren.

Private interment, with military honors, in Hershey Cemetery, Pennsylvania.
