Robert E. Crowell

Robert E. Crowell, 88, of West Hanover Township passed away Saturday, December 28, 2019 at home.

Born July 9, 1931 in West Point, Mississippi, he was a son of the late Charles Clarence and Goldina Udora (Palmer) Crowell and also preceded in death by a son Randy L. Crowell in 2010.

He retired from Automated Wagering after retiring from the U. S. Army in 1969.

Surviving are his wife of 55 years Ethel M. (Deimler) Crowell; children David M. Crowell (Susan), Lonnie L. Crowell (Jennifer), and Patricia R. Fleck (Tim Keel); daughter-in-law Theresa Crowell; siblings John Crowell, Betty Reynolds, and Linda Teal; eleven grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.

Military honors will be held 10:00 AM Thursday, January 2, 2020 at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Rutherford VFW Post 1213, 6611 Evelyn Street, Harrisburg, PA 17111.
