Robert B. Brehm

Robert B. Brehm, 89, of The Middletown Home and formerly of Lower Paxton Township passed away Thursday, July 9, 2026 surrounded by his loving family.

Born August 20, 1936 in Harrisburg, he was the son of the late Glenn T. and Sadie L. (Boyer) Brehm.  Bob was the widower of Dolores (Shade) Brehm since 2011 and also preceded in death by his sister Dolores E. Brehm.

A 1954 graduate of Susquehanna Township High School, he was a retired Pharmaceutical Sales Representative.  Bob was a member of Charlton United Methodist Church, Harrisburg, Lower Paxton Golden Agers, Tuesday Men’s Retirement Bowling League and Thursday Mixed Bowling League. He was a former member of Trinity United Methodist Church of Penbrook where he served as head usher for 20 years.  

Bob and his wife, Dolores, enjoyed traveling, watching Twilight League Baseball games and going to the summer Campbelltown Firemen’s Carnivals to see the concerts.  If you knew Bob, you know he was very meticulous with his lawn care, and car care (even in the winter) and was an avid Baltimore Orioles fan.

Surviving are his daughters Sue Brehm of Middletown and Judy Snyder (Michael) of Middletown, grandson Matthew Snyder, husband of Stephanie Laughton and granddaughter Laura Snyder, wife of Logan Hoke.

A visitation will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at The Middletown Home Chapel, 999 West Harrisburg Pike, Middletown followed by a Celebration of Life at 2:00 PM.  Private interment in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Harrisburg at the convenience of the family.
