Rebecca M. Meals

Rebecca M. “Becky” Meals, 79, of Lower Paxton Township passed away Saturday, February 28, 2026.

Born May 5, 1946 in Jersey Shore, PA, she was a daughter of the late Walter A. and Mary E. (Welsh) Wise and, after 50 years of marriage, the widow of Ira D. “Benny” Meals since October 2022.  She was also preceded in death by a brother Walter A. Wise, Jr.

Becky retired from the Department of Welfare for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and was an avid reader.

Surviving are her brother Dale S. Wise and wife Gale Kreiser-Wise of Harrisburg and nieces and nephews.
