Patricia A. Cavanaugh

*** SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT ***

On March 28, 2022, Patricia Cavanaugh passed surrounded by family.

Pat was born June 17, 1942 in Neptune, NJ to the late Roy and Kathryn (née Goldsmith) Cavanaugh.  The only girl of eight children, she is predeceased by her brothers David, Bill, Bob, Ralph and Richard.

Surviving are her brothers Joe and Jimmy; three children, Brian & Holly Libby of Farmingdale, NJ, Sharon & Joe Pelly of Palmyra, PA and Patricia & Robert Weidman of Newville, PA; as well as leaving behind six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Pat was an avid scrabble and board game player, a book lover, crafter and thrift store shopper.  A devoted Methodist, Pat will be missed by her family, friends and the church community as she celebrates in Heaven.

A funeral service will be held at St. Andrew United Methodist Church (611 Swamp Creek Road, Bechtelsville, PA 19505) May 7, 2022 at 1:00 PM. Dress code will be in Pat’s fashion; Jeans, T-Shirt, Flannel Shirt and/or Sweatshirt.
