Miriam D. (Snyder) Blouse

Miriam D. (Snyder) Blouse, 65, of West Hanover Township, Dauphin County passed away Saturday, May 18, 2024 with the love of her family surrounding her.

Born August 18, 1958 in Harrisburg, she was a daughter of the late Esther (Warfel) and Kenneth R. Snyder Sr. of Etters, PA.

Miriam was a devoted sister, mother, and grandmother. She was passionate about baking, gardening, enjoying time outdoors in nature, spending time with her family and friends, where she always was telling jokes and sharing a laugh. She loved to volunteer her time at the West Hanover Parks and Recreation Board, worship the Lord at Parkville Bible Church, and also attend worship with friends at Faith United Church of Christ in Grantville.

Surviving are her daughter and son in law Kirste and Fabio Failla, West Hanover Township; granddaughters Carli Failla and Sofia Failla; siblings Kenneth Snyder Jr. (Debra), Dover, Cathy Weaver (widow of Paul), York, Sharon Dacheux, York, Ruth Apple (Thomas), Etters, Daniel Snyder (Wendy), York Haven and Karen Slagle (Allen), York Haven; as well as many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at Parkville Bible Church, 800 Whisler Road, Etters preceded by a visitation beginning at 1:00 PM.  Interment will be in the adjoining Parkville Bible Church Cemetery.
