Maureen D. (Donnelly) Waltz

Maureen D. Waltz, 73, of North Londonderry Township, passed away Wednesday, March 29, 2023.

Born September 27, 1949 in Harrisburg, she was a daughter of the late William J. and Marie (Fritz) Donnelly.

A 1967 graduate of Hershey High School, she worked for Hershey Foods for a short time. Maureen was employed by Palmyra School District in the high school cafeteria and also in the Walmart photo department.  She was a member of St. John’s Evangelical Congregational Church, Steelstown.

Surviving are her husband of 53 1/2 years William C. Waltz; sons William C. Waltz, Jr. (Lynn Seidel Waltz) and Daniel J. Waltz (Tanya E. Waltz); siblings Michael Donnelly (Dorinda), Colleen Neise (widow of Terry Neise), Marcy Rupert (Keith Jones) and Randy Rupert; grandchildren Harley Ruef (Dakota), Hunter Waltz, Todd Waltz (Cimantha), Andrew Deitzler (Whitney), Sara Deitzler, Justin Waltz and Makaila Waltz; and ten great grandchildren.

A viewing will be held 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon Saturday, April 1, 2023 at her church, 683 Steelstown Road, Annville followed by a funeral service at 12:00 Noon.  Private interment in Grand View Memorial Park, Annville.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. John’s Evangelical Congregational Church, 683 Steelstown Road, Annville, PA 17003.
