Maryann (Cunkle) Grove

Maryann Grove, 88, of Londonderry Village, Palmyra and formerly of Union Deposit passed away Sunday, April 12, 2026.

Born November 29, 1937 in Union Deposit, she was a daughter of the late John and Rhoda (Yeager) Cunkle and widow of Donald R. Grove, since April 2025, after almost 68 years of marriage.  She was also preceded in death by her sister Rosemarie and brother Donald.

Maryann retired from Nationwide Insurance, Harrisburg and enjoyed traveling and gardening.

Surviving are her daughters Sandy Moeller of Elizabethtown and Mindy Detweiler (John) of Hummelstown and grandchildren Jeremy Miller of Hummelstown, Jenny Balthaser (widow of William) of Palmyra, Bryce Detweiler of Media, Zachary Moeller of Elizabethtown, and Morgan Detweiler of Hershey.

A funeral service will be held 10:30 AM Friday, April 17, 2026 at Buse Funeral Home, 145 North Grant Street, Palmyra preceded by a viewing from 9:30 AM.  Interment in Hummelstown Cemetery.
