Marino L. Abbondondolo

Marino L. Abbondondolo, 88, of West Hanover Township, passed away Thursday, April 10, 2025 at the Hershey Medical Center.

Born November 20, 1936 in Glen Cove, New York, he was a son of the late Carmen and Josephine (Petrucci) Abbondondolo.

Mario retired as a utility worker from Long Island Light Company and was a U. S. Army veteran.  He formerly enjoyed reading, completing puzzles, loved playing baseball and was interested in all sports, especially the Yankees.

Surviving are his wife of 36 years Maria A. (Newell) Abbondondolo; daughter Kelly Maddox of England; stepsons Michael Santosus, Jr. and Daniel Santosus; sister Angie Basile; grandchildren Michael Santosus, III, Megan Santosus, Morgan Fleurant (Ralph), Adrianna Santosus and Brooklyn Santosus; and great grandchildren Jayce and Rayla.

Military honors will be held 10:00 AM Friday, May 2, 2025 at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
