Lori A. Shertzer, 63, of Palmyra passed away Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at home.
Born October 10, 1960 in Harrisburg, she was a daughter of G. Earl “Tom” Shertzer of Manheim and the late Martha A. (Rausch) Shertzer.
Lori was a 1979 graduate of Palmyra High School, known for many years as Lori Morder and had worked numerous places, most recently Pine Street Elementary School, Jockey at the Hershey Outlets, and Redner’s in Palmyra. She grew up in and was a member of First Evangelical Congregational Church and loved her granddaughters immensely.
In addition to her father, she is survived by her daughter Katie A., wife of Peter Garrison of Palmyra; siblings Kirk, husband of Barb Shertzer of Annville, Sharon DiFava of Palmyra, and Stacy, widow of David Fisher of Palmyra; granddaughters Madison (Harwi) Rozzell and husband Ethan currently stationed in South Korea, twins Rylyn and Adalyn Garrison of Palmyra; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, February 24, 2024 at First Evangelical Congregational Church, 55 West Main Street, Palmyra preceded by a visitation from 12:00 Noon.
