Lavina “Mickey” Krum, 93, of Countryside Christian Community, Annville passed away Sunday, April 19, 2020.
Born November 12, 1926 in Camden, New Jersey, she was a daughter of the late John and Eleanor (Winner) Linthicum. The widow of Leighton F. Krum since March 2006, she was also preceded in death by a son Lester W. Yerkes and daughter Kathleen E. Byrne.
Retired in 1987 from the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, she was a member of Paxtang Church of the Brethren, Goodwill Fire Company, Myerstown and a life member of Mt. Zion Fire Company. Mickey was a former volunteer at Lebanon County Food Bank, bowled in the Retired Seniors League at Cedar Lanes, Lebanon, taught bowling and has bowled all over the United States.
Surviving are her sons Dennis J. Yerkes, Robert A. Yerkes, Paul G. Yerkes and Charles W. Yerkes; daughters Susan E. Davis and Dorothy A. Greeninger; sisters June Mancini and Ella-Nora Welsh; thirteen grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Mickey’s Life will be held at the convenience of the family.
