Larry D. Byrd Obituary

Larry D. Byrd, 72, of Palmyra passed away Thursday, April 2, 2020.

Born September 2, 1947 in Somerset, he was a son of the late Carl and Dorothy (Pugh) Byrd and also preceded in death by his sister Janet Hickey.

Retired with 40 years of service from Hershey Foods, he was a member of First Evangelical Congregational Church, Palmyra and the Hershey Coin Club.

Surviving are his wife of 52 years Susan D. (Engle) Byrd; daughters Laura S. Johnson (Scott) of Palmyra and Rebecca A. Gingrich (Brandon) of Lebanon; grandchildren Candice, Gabrielle, Kelsey, Conner, and Graeme.

A memorial service will be held at a future date.
