Kristopher J. Valentine

Kristopher J. Valentine, 40, of Palmyra passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2020 surrounded by his family and friends in the M.S. Hershey Medical Center after a short battle with colorectal cancer.

Born November 16, 1979 in Lebanon, he was a son of Roy M. and Bonnie Valentine of Palmyra.  He is also survived by his wife Kayla L. Valentine; children Khloe, Kenadie, Kara, and Korbin Valentine; brother John, husband of Melissa Valentine of Schuylkill Haven and their daughter McKenna; grandmother Martha, widow of Wayne Henegar of Palmyra; mother-in-law Lorrie Graham of Palmyra; and sisters-in-law Kristin Dunkle (Greg) and Carly Brooks (Josh) and their eight children all of New Cumberland.

Kris was employed at Penn State Health Hershey Medical Center, where he affected his work family, as well as touching and inspiring many patients.  He attended LCBC, Harrisburg and his faith was everything to him.  A devoted father and family man, his children were his world.  Kris enjoyed music, sports, fishing, and wrestling.

A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, October 3, 2020 at LCBC, 4150 Chambers Hill Road, Harrisburg preceded by a visitation from 1:00 PM.
