Kathleen E. (Brown) Umberger

Kathleen E. Umberger, 74, of Lebanon passed away Saturday, January 9, 2021.

Born September 5, 1946 in Palmyra, she was a daughter of the late Raymond and Marion (Leonard) Brown and also preceded in death by her sister Nancy Gibble.

Retired in January 2009 from Hershey Foods, she was a member of the First Evangelical Congregational Church, Lebanon and Harrisburg 600 Bowling Club.  She enjoyed bowling, traveling, going on walks, feeding the ducks at Dairy Queen and the seagulls at the beach, and especially playing card and board games with her grandchildren.

Surviving are her husband of almost 54 years Dennis L. Umberger; daughter Lorraine Umberger-Callahan (Kenneth Callahan) of Sandy, Utah; siblings Kenneth Brown (Wanda), Raymond Brown, Mary Garrett (Patrick), Neil Brown, and Paul Brown (Judy); grandchildren Sydney, Connor, and Samantha; and many nieces and nephews.

A viewing will be held 12:00 Noon – 1:00 PM Friday, January 15, 2021 at Buse Funeral Home, 145 North Grant Street, Palmyra.  Private funeral with interment in Grand View Memorial Park, Annville.
