Judy A. (Keller) Frazier

Judy A. Frazier, 75, of Palmyra passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2025.

Born August 11, 1949 in Dauphin County, she was a daughter of the late Adam I. and Lillian R. (Geesaman) Keller and widow, after 48 years of marriage, of Gene P. Frazier since June 2024.  

Retired from The Hershey Company, Judy was a 1967 graduate of Palmyra High School and member of the Citizen’s Fire Company #1 Ladies Auxiliary, Palmyra.  She was a professional seamstress, caterer with her sister-in-law Jerrie, an avid bowler, and had a love for flowers and gardening.  Judy was a true Renaissance Woman with her many talents and dedication to her family and friends. She delighted in making people smile and laugh with her wit.

Surviving are her daughters Sabrina A. Frazier (Todd) of Palmyra and Roberta J. Oatman (Anthony) of Manheim; sons David W. Frazier of Barrington, NH and William M. Frazier  (Jacquelyn) of Annville; sisters Shirley Newmaster, Jean Teets, and Linda Keller; half-siblings Adam Geesaman, Louann Miller, Kathy Geesaman, and Mary Weaver; seven grandchildren Brianna, Patrick, Amanda, Autumn, Megan, Alyssa, and Daphne; and six great grandchildren Ava, Darren, Hailey, Finn, Isaac, and Nixon. She was preceded in death by a sister Almeta Keeney and half-sister Donna Geesaman.

A visitation will be held 5:00 – 8:00 PM Monday, June 2, 2025 at Buse Funeral Home, 145 North Grant Street, Palmyra.  A graveside service will be held 3:00 PM Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
