Judith A. “Judy” Blair, 86, of Coal Township, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
She was born in Lewisburg on January 29, 1940 and was the daughter of the late Reginald and Minna (Olver) Blair.
Judy was a graduate of Milton High School, Class of 1958. After school she went on to earn her Master’s Degree from Bucknell University in Social Work. She worked as a social worker for various places in the Valley and loved making a difference in other people’s lives. Judy was an avid Penn State football fan
She is survived by two nephews; Frank Blair of Mobile, AL and Frederick (Linda) Blair of Hummelstown, two nieces; Rose (Darrel) Shatterly of Niceville, FL and Victoria Crout of Middletown and two sisters-in-law; Helen Blair and Nancy Blair.
In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by two brothers; Douglas Blair and Bryce Blair.

A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, May 16, 2026 at Shells Evangelical Lutheran Church, 287 Shells Church Road, Grantville, PA. Burial will take place privately in Milton Cemetery alongside her parents.
