John L. Brinser

John L. Brinser, 67, of Grantville, passed away Saturday, March 6, 2021.

Born September 4, 1953 in Harrisburg, he was a son of the late James K., Sr. and M. Evelyn (Hummel) Brinser and also preceded by his sister Cathy M. Weinreich.

Retired from the Pennsylvania State Game Commission, John was a member of Capital City Philatelic Society and the American Philatelic Society.

Surviving are his brother James K. Brinser, Jr. (Patricia); brother-in-law James Weinreich; nieces Tiffany Murphy, Valerie Cranston and Heather Weinreich; nephews James Brinser, III and Michael Weinreich; his girlfriend of 21 years Charlene Claytor and her sons Donald Claytor and Thomas Claytor, Jr.

A funeral service will be held 1:00 PM Friday, March 12, 2021 at Buse Funeral Home, 9066 Jonestown Road, Grantville preceded by a visitation from 12:30 PM.  Interment will be in Falmouth Cemetery, Bainbridge.
