John E. Shenk, Jr. Obituary

John E. Shenk, Jr., 84, of Arlington, Virginia, passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2020.

Born October 16, 1936 in Hershey, he was the son of the late John E., Sr., and A. Elizabeth (Keller) Shenk.

He retired from the Social Security Administration and was a U. S. Army veteran. A 1954 graduate of Palmyra High School, John attended Hershey Junior College and graduated from Penn State University in 1958.

Surviving are his sister Loretta, wife of Dennis Baum of Lebanon; nieces Carrie, wife of Mike Snavely and Tuesday, wife of Scott Sauer; and several grand nieces and nephews.

Private interment, with military honors, will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
