John E. Clay, 74, formerly of Annville, PA and the last three years of Coudersport, PA died Friday, December 5, 2025 at UPMC Cole Hospital, Coudersport, PA.
Born January 4, 1951 in Lebanon County, PA, he was a son of the late John and Treva Clay. He is survived by his four children John E. Clay, III and Benjamin Clay both of Coudersport, PA, Michele Clay of Steelton, PA and Nicholas Clay of Halifax, PA; nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren; sister Geraldine Hicksenheiser of Annville, PA; and brother Galen Clay of Allen, Texas.
John graduated from Northern Lebanon High School, retired from Reese’s Factory, Hershey and was a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, Annville. He loved to build, do carpentry work, travel and camp.
Cremation arrangements by Fickinger Funeral Home, Coudersport.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
