Joan M. (Jenakovich) Motter

Joan M. Motter, 89, formerly of South Hanover Township passed away Friday, August 2, 2024 at Oak Hill Village, Middletown.

Born December 17, 1934 in Harrisburg, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Gertrude (Dailey) Jenakovich and widow of Marlin R. Motter since April 1986.

Retired from Pennsylvania DCNR State Parks, Joan had attended Grace United Methodist Church, Hummelstown.

Surviving are her daughter Holly Purcell (Steve) of Hershey; grandsons August Brightbill and Dax Purcell; great grandchildren Bella, Levi, and Brynleigh; sister-in-law Barbara (Motter) Bennett; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held 9:00 AM Monday, August 12, 2024 at East Harrisburg Cemetery, 2260 Herr Street, Harrisburg.
