Hi Chau Luu Obituary

Hi Chau Luu, 89, of Duncannon passed away Friday, June 24, 2022.

Born November 24, 1932 in China, he was the widower of Kim Thi Tran since January 1, 2021.

He was a sous chef for Grand China, Lancaster and enjoyed cooking, reading, writing letters in calligraphy and watching Chinese opera. He always enjoyed having a good conversation with friends and spending time with family, especially seeing his nine grandchildren. He was a devoted husband showing unconditional love, a caring father and grandfather.

Surviving are his children David Luu (Thao Nguyen), Keo Luu (Sanh Binh Lam), Sylvia Le (Benson Le), Alex Luu (Sandy Ly), Vince Luu (Susan Luu) and Kevin Luu (Lisa Paponetti); and nine grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family with interment in Gravel Hill Cemetery, Palmyra.
