Grace R. Worm, 94, of Grantville passed away Thursday, October 9, 2025 in her home.
Born January 26, 1931 in Grantville, she was a daughter of the late J. Reily and Mildred (Hess) Seaman and, after 56 years of marriage, the widow of John Worm, Jr., since July 2010. She was the last of her immediate family, being preceded in death by Jacob Seaman, Christian Seaman, III, Clarence Seaman, Irene Rhoads, John Seaman and Eva Colyer.
Grace retired as a clerk and carrier from the Grantville Post Office, was a member of the former Zion Lutheran Church, Grantville and member of Sattazahn Lutheran Church, Green Point. She was a volunteer at the Grantville Food Pantry and former volunteer for the USO at Indiantown Gap.
Surviving are her children Susan E., (69) wife of Phap Tran of Norfolk, Virginia, Sally A. Worm (66) of Grantville, John A. (61), husband of Donna Worm of Houston, Mississippi and Michael E. Worm (59) of Grantville; grandchildren Amy Tran Swensen, wife of Mark, Katy Tran Turner, wife of Jarrad, Audrey Worm Grant, wife of Aaron and Josiah R. Worm; and great grandchildren Ivan Swenson, Zeke Swenson, Henry Turner, Lily Turner and Carson Grant.
A memorial service will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, October 18, 2025 at 75 Pleasant View Road, Grantville preceded by a visitation beginning at 12:30 PM. A meal will follow the memorial service. Private interment will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
