Grace A. (Lichtenberger) Pierce

Grace A. Pierce, 93, formerly of Palmyra died Wednesday, June 25, 2025 in The Lebanon Valley Home, Annville.

Born September 16, 1931 in Middlesex Township, Cumberland County, she was a daughter of the late Harry E. and Z. Ellen (Baitsell) Lichtenberger and widow of William J. Pierce, Sr. since December 2009.  She was also preceded in death by a son Robert J. Pierce and eight siblings.

Grace previously attended Bible Brethren Church.

Surviving are her sons William J., Jr., husband of Sharon Pierce of Manheim and Kenneth E., husband of Mary Pierce of Grantville; sister Elizabeth Myers of Mechanicsburg; grandchildren Wendy, wife of Don Horning, Brent, husband of Jonna Pierce, Jody, wife of Jim Fessler, Kent, husband of Lauren Pierce, Jill, wife of Jon Starr, Todd, husband of Martha Pierce and Travis Pierce; and 17 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, July 3, 2025 at Bible Brethren Church, 7600 Wertzville Road, Carlisle, PA.  Viewings will be held 6:30 – 7:30 PM Wednesday at Buse Funeral Home, 145 North Grant Street, Palmyra and 1:00 – 2:00 PM Thursday at the church.  Interment in Bible Brethren Cemetery, Carlisle.
