Gerry F. Brown, 84, of Hummelstown passed away Friday, November 24, 2023.
Born October 12, 1939 in Hummelstown, she was a daughter of the late Amos and Anna (Kaley) Gingrich. After 58 years of marriage, she was the widow of Arthur E. “Art” Brown since November 2015 and also preceded in death by sisters Mary Baum and Ruth Eisenhour.
Retired with 32 years of service from AMP, Inc., she was a member of Ampra retiree association. She was a member of Geyers United Methodist Church, Middletown, but attended Hanoverdale Church, Hummelstown. Gerry loved 50’s music (especially Elvis), was an avid Penn State Football fan, and enjoyed baking cookies for family and friends. Her peanut butter temptations were legendary.
Surviving are her daughter Crystal A., wife of Stuart “Reich” Feeser, III of Harrisburg; grandchildren Chad S., husband of Laura Feeser of Carlisle and Hilary A., wife of Bryon Fryer, Jr. of Crofton, Maryland; and great grandchildren Grace A. Feeser, Natalie A. Fryer, Patrick S. Feeser, Arthur K. Fryer, and Elizabeth L. Feeser.
A private graveside service will be held in Hanoverdale Cemetery, Hummelstown.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hanoverdale Church, 577 Hershey Road, Hummelstown, PA 17036.
