George T. Dayton

George T. Dayton, 81, of Palmyra passed away Friday, February 9, 2024.

Born August 22, 1942 in Blackwood, New Jersey, he was a son of the late Walter T. and Elizabeth (Weir) Dayton and was also preceded in death by step-son Scott King in April 2004.

George was a baker for the Filling Station for 32 years, later baking for Weis Grocery Store both in Palmyra and was a member of the Palmyra Friday Seniors Bowling League.

Surviving are his wife of 31 years Bonnie K. (Moyer) Dayton; daughter Kelly Dayton; son Kevin Dayton; step daughter Bobbie Jo Pellegrini; brothers Henry Dayton and Victor Dayton; eleven grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.

Private interment will be in Gravel Hill Cemetery, Palmyra.
