Frederick M. Walker, 75, of Camp Hill, PA passed away Tuesday, July 23, 2024.
Born August 2, 1948 in York, PA, he was a son of the late Robert G. Walker, Sr. and Ruth A. (Gallatin) Walker.
Surviving are his brother Robert G. Walker and wife Rachel G. Walker, nephew Mitchell R. Walker and nieces Allison Gomez and Katie Bailey and their families.
Fred graduated from Bellefonte High School in 1966. He earned his B.S. and Master’s degrees from Penn Sate University and obtained his CPA License. After a time at Arthur Andersen Auditors and Amp, Inc., he spent the rest of the career with Harsco Corp, eventually as Director of Financial Analysis. Fred was passionately involved in baseball and softball his entire life and was an avid New York Yankees fan. Until July 1, 2024, he was a player, scorebook keeper and statistician of the MONY, currently STRIKEFORCE team of the Susquehanna Over 55 Senior Softball League.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
