Fred A. Lehman

Fred A. Lehman, 86, of Palmyra passed away Saturday, July 24, 2021.

Born October 21, 1934 in Lebanon, he was the son of the late Allen and Edith (Brandt) Lehman.  After 61 years of marriage, he was the widower of Janet A. (Shireman) Lehman since February 2016 and also preceded in death by his sister Marie G. Daniels.

Retired from United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America Local 431, he was a 50-year member.  Prior to joining the union he worked for Lehman Contractors, a family owned business.  Fred was a member of Campbelltown and Annville American Legions, Palmyra VFW and a life member of Palmyra Citizens Fire Company.

Surviving are his children Steven A. Lehman (Donna) of Lebanon, Debra A. McDaniels (Frank) of Annville, and Brian A. Lehman of Palmyra; grandchildren Jennifer L. Baughman of Palmyra and Justin R. McDaniels of Oregon; great grandchildren Daniel and Samara; two nieces; and one nephew.

A funeral service will be held 1:30 PM Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at Buse Funeral Home, 145 North Grant Street, Palmyra preceded by a visitation from 12:30 PM.  Interment in Grand View Memorial Park, Annville.
