Frank Muth Curry

Frank Muth Curry, 92, of Hershey, PA, departed this world and entered into his eternal home in heaven on April 2, 2023 at Londonderry Village, Palmyra, PA.

Frank, the son of Conrad K. Curry and Sarah (Muth) Curry, was born on May 19, 1930 in Hummelstown, PA.

He graduated from Hummelstown High School in 1948 and went on to Bliss Electrical School and Carnegie in Pittsburgh, PA. Frank then went on to serve in the Navy, having an honorable discharge in 1955 as an Electronic Technician 2nd Class. It was here he honed his skills in electronics and leadership that served him throughout his career of 36 years with IBM as a Field Engineer. Frank attended Fishburn United Methodist Church in Hershey, PA. He enjoyed the outdoors and grand adventures with his wife and children, and then with his grandchildren. They shared many years together traveling, hiking, fishing, camping, boating and gardening. He left a legacy, through example, to all his family about a relationship with Jesus and all the wonders of His beautiful creations.

Surviving Frank is his wife of 67 years, Doris J. (Nye) Curry, and their five daughters, Cathy Lechner (Tom) of Hellertown, PA, Debora Lutzkanin (Paul) of Grantville, PA, Donna Gallen (Mike) of Mohnton, PA, Ellen Alquist (Bill) of Palmyra PA, and Patty Richwine (Doug) of Cincinnati, OH. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Frank is predeceased by brother, Conrad Curry of Middletown, PA and sister, Nancy Funk of Lebanon, PA.

A private service was held at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations gifted in Frank’s name to The Good Samaritan Fund at Londonderry Village, 1200 Grubb Road, Palmyra, PA 17078.
