Esther R. (Finkey) Miller

Esther Romaine (Finkey) Miller, 87, of East Hanover Township, Dauphin County, passed away Sunday, June 19, 2022, at the M.S. Hershey Medical Center.  

Born August 15, 1934 in Conewago Township, Dauphin County, she was the daughter of the late James M. and Stella (Brightbill) Finkey.  Esther was the widow of Warren J. Miller, Jr. since July 2005 and also preceded in death by her brother Ralph E. Finkey.  

A homemaker, she was by her husband’s side as he farmed in East Hanover Township, Lebanon County and later as he was co-founder of Ridgeland Corporation, and a self-employed antique dealer and co-op member in the Hershey/Lebanon area.  She was a member of Palmyra United Christian Church.  

Surviving are her daughter Cindy Lou Miller Geesaman, wife of Harold D. Geesaman; sister-in-law Lucille M. Finkey; and nieces and nephews.  

A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Friday, June 24, 2022 at Buse Funeral Home, 145 North Grant Street, Palmyra preceded by a viewing beginning at 10:00 AM.  Interment will be in Gravel Hill Cemetery, Palmyra.
