Eric D. Baughman

On Thursday, February 27, 2020, Eric Daniel Baughman, 41, went home to be with his Lord and Savior.

Eric was a 1996 graduate of Manheim Central High School and Lancaster County CTC, after which he participated in a chef externship at Glen Eyrie in Colorado Springs. He was married to Jennifer L. (McDaniels) Baughman for 17 years and resided in Manheim with their two children, Daniel and Samara.

Eric's notable employment ventures included Boy Scout's Camp Horseshoe, commercial plumbing, Environmental and Food Services Director at Magnolias of Lancaster, and pest elimination specialist at Ecolab prior to his disability.  He attained the rank of Eagle Scout and volunteered at Teen Central and Manheim Christian Day School events.  He enjoyed spending time with family and friends and the outdoors where he was an avid fisherman.

Surviving Eric are his parents James and Carol Baughman and sister Kerri Gonzalez (Mark) of Manheim and brother James D. Baughman (Kelly) of Holtwood.  He is also survived by several cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his beloved  grandparents, William and Elizabeth Baughman and Russell and Dawn Johnson of Coatesville.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, March 8, 2020 at 3:00 PM at Manheim BIC Church, 54 North Penryn Road, Manheim, PA where he attended with his family.  A long-time friend and "brother", Seth Dombach, Pastor of Headwaters Covenant Church in Helena, MT will officiate.  The family will receive guests at the conclusion of the service at a reception in the church.
