Emma L. Gingrich, 91, of Londonderry Village, Palmyra passed away Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at the Village.
Born July 17, 1927 in Hershey, she was a daughter of the late Charles M. and Emma Louise (Reider) Page, the widow of Jack Gingrich, and also preceded in death by sister Arlene Dougherty.
A graduate of Palmyra High School, she owned a Ceramic Shop and was a huge fan of Penn State Football and Hershey Bears Hockey. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Palmyra, Lawn Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary, the Hershey Floral Club, and was always quick to help others.
Surviving are her sons Jack, husband of Margaret Gingrich and Larry, husband of Kathy Gingrich; siblings Charles, husband of Lorraine Page, Harold, widower of Sarah Page, and Doris Gingrich; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at First United Methodist Church, 520 East Birch Street, Palmyra preceded by a visitation from 10:00 AM. Interment in Grand View Memorial Park, Annville.
