Edna M. (Pierce) Fanus

Edna M. Fanus, 84, of Grantville passed away Tuesday, December 26, 2023.

Born March 9, 1939 in Stamford, Connecticut, she was a daughter of the late William and Josephine (Hertzog) Pierce.  She was the widow of Arden C. Fanus since 2006 and also preceded in death by sisters Eileen Forry and Dolores Underwood.

Edna enjoyed gardening, canning and camping, but her greatest joy was spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Surviving are her children Barbara Ann Shutt (Brad) of Grantville, Loretta Lynn Nagle (Jack) of Harrisburg, Lisa Marie Pifer (Curtis) of Harrisburg, and Clyde L. Fanus of Grantville; sister Linda Harvey; brother Bill Pierce; and grandchildren Kyle Pifer and Makayla Shutt.
