Dorothy E. (Miller) Bower

Dorothy E. Bower, 95, formerly of Hershey passed away Monday, April 10, 2023.

Born June 26, 1927 in Port Carbon, she was a daughter of the late George A. and Florence E. (Weicker) Miller.  She was the widow of Paul S. Bower since October 1994 and also preceded in death by her siblings Delma Mull, Ralph Miller and Leroy Miller.

A member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Palmyra, Dorothy enjoyed helping with Granny’s Attic for the church’s annual bazaar.

Surviving are her daughter Donna L. DeCamp (Kevin) of The Villages, Florida; son David P. Bower (Sherrie) of Hanover; grandchildren Michele Duss (Nic), Jillian Tahan (Josh), Jonathan DeCamp (Haylie) and Abigael Roche (Clint); and great grandchildren Riley Duss, Annalena Duss, Jackson Tahan and Maddox DeCamp.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Monday, April 17, 2023 at Trinity United Church of Christ, 40 West Pine Street, Palmyra preceded by a viewing beginning at 10:00 AM.  Interment will be in Gravel Hill Cemetery, Palmyra.
