Donald R. Price

Donald R. Price, 85, of Palmyra passed peacefully from this earthly life surrounded by his family and went home to be with his Lord and Savior in heaven Tuesday, January 14, 2025.

Born August 16, 1939 in Dover, New Jersey, he was the son of the late Elmer J. and Emma E. (Englehart) Price and also preceded in death by a grandson Timothy Price and granddaughter Ainsley Price.

Retired with 32 years of service as a dentist from Milton Hershey School, he was a member of GracePoint Church, Palmyra and U.S. Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam War.

Surviving are his wife of 61 years Ruth Ann (Hartinger) Price;

children Douglas R. Price (Christine), Thomas M. Price, Cynthia L. Mummau (Leonard) and Kelly S. Simpson (Stephen);

sister Joan Schmoyer (Richard);

grandchildren Sophia Price, Luke Price, Rebecca Philip, Emily Price, Adelaide Price, Felicity Price, Scott Mummau, Daniel Mummau, Charity Ridge, Samuel Mummau, Nathaniel Simpson and Aaron Simpson; and

great grandchildren James Philip, Luke Philip, Ember Ridge and Indigo Ridge.

A memorial service will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, January 18, 2025 at GracePoint Church, 740 Leon Avenue, Palmyra preceded by a visitation from 9:00 AM.  Private interment, with military honors, will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
