Donald L. Jennings

Donald L. Jennings, 83, of Derry Township passed away Sunday, December 15, 2024.

Born February 1, 1941 in Lebanon, he was the son of the late John H., Jr. and Mary E. (Painter) Jennings.

He retired as maintenance supervisor from Hershey Entertainment and was a 1959 graduate of Palmyra High School.  A member of Seven Sorrows Catholic Church, Middletown, Big Buck Archery, Middletown Anglers and Hunters, and Carlisle Fish & Game, Don was an avid outdoorsman.  He was a huge Notre Dame fan and lived for his family.

Surviving are his wife of 59 years Donna N. (Nauss) Jennings; children Kathleen M. Burns (Oran), Boo Jennings (Kat), and Jennifer L. Millhimes (Travis); grandchildren Stephanie Gabel (Kyle), Matthew Martin (Jess), Nicholas Jennings (Kerstin), Rebecca Jennings, Trevor Millhimes, and Ty Millhimes; and great grandchildren Jackson and Ellie Gabel, Devyn, Marlowe, and Quinn Jennings, and Brantley and Hunter Martin.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00 AM Monday, December 23, 2024 at his church, 280 North Race Street, Middletown preceded by a visitation from 10:00 AM.  Recitation of rosary at 9:45 AM.  Private interment in Resurrection Cemetery, Harrisburg.
