David W. Flory

David W. Flory, 80, of South Londonderry Township passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, March 30, 2023.

Born April 1, 1942 in Mount Wilson, he was a son of the late Arthur and Luella (Smith) Flory and also preceded in death by his brother Ronald J. Flory and granddaughter Karynne N. Myers.

Retired after 40 years as a truck driver for Hershey Foods, he previously worked for Landis Shoe Factory, Annville.  Bud was a member of Lebanon Valley Bible Church, hard worker, and skilled handyman. He was a NASCAR fan, enjoyed model trains, and loved his grandchildren.

Surviving are his wife of 63 1/2 years Gerri M. (Dove) Flory; children Debra K. Stein (Michael) of Hershey, Tammy J. Stankovich (Vincent) of Lebanon, and Jonathan D. Flory of Palmyra; sister Marlene K. Elliott of Palmyra; ten grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at his church, 1482 Horseshoe Pike, Lebanon preceded by a visitation from 10:00 AM.
