David H. Weidman, Sr.

David H. Weidman, Sr., 88, of Lebanon went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, March 30, 2026 surrounded by his family at home.

Born March 23, 1938 in Lancaster County, he was a son of the late Lloyd G. and Ruth E. (Halk) Weidman and also preceded in death by siblings Ruth Ann Shearer and Lloyd Weidman, Jr.

Pastor Dave served churches in Lebanon and Tioga Counties and was a tour bus driver for D.B. Fisher Tours.  He attended North Annville Bible Church and enjoyed singing tenor for the Lord, both a soloist and in various groups.

Surviving are his wife of 69 years Faye L. (Eshleman) Weidman; children David H. Weidman, Jr. (Jeannette), Cindy J. Wenger (Brian), Steve J. Weidman (Elaine), and Gayle E. Keller (Mike); sisters Lynda Runkle (Bob) and Evelyn Sloat (Bill); ten grandchildren; and sixteen great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at North Annville Bible Church, 4590 Hill Church Road, Annville with interment in Manada United Christian Cemetery, Grantville.  Viewings will be held 6:00 – 8:00 PM Monday and 10:00 – 11:00 AM Tuesday both at the church.
